Richland Water Alerts – Water Main Break. Crews are working on a water main break on Elgro Road. Nearby residents may experience temporary loss of water, low pressure, or discoloration of water. Work is expected to begin at 11:30 a.m. and conclude at approximately 1:00 p.m.. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while crews work quickly to makes repairs.
